This compact piece of equipment does everything it says, and is easy to use. Folds up and away, sets up in seconds. Transitioning to new exercises takes only seconds. Really enjoying convenient workouts at home.

I've had a Total Gym for over 30 years, the Total Flex does it all in a more compact unit. Entire body workout . I've worked out in Gyms and the costs are expensive when I can work out in my living room with Total Flex and the folding unit fits better on floor of closet. At 73 yrs old this unit is Excellent!
