I love this piece of equipment. It's so easy adjust the tensions and positions to complete so many different strength training exercises - even more than the book provides! It takes up very little room, easy to fold, move and store.
I'm really hoping to purchase the leg extension and head rest as soon as I can find out how to order them. I can't find them for sale separately on the site.
Overall - I am so glad I purchased it!

For anyone looking to beef up their home gym without a huge investment, this is the way to go. It is functional, compact, and I get a great workout each time. I am so impressed with how it delivers results. It's like having "insert your own gym" right in your house. Best investment I've ever made.

My machine has been a life saver for me. I love the ease of using it and storage is so easy. I have lewy body dementia and at time body doesn't want to do as I wish and your machine helps me to keep on with the fight.
