I am not as impressed as I thought I would be. Love the resistance of the bands but there are some exercises not are difficult to do. Also there was no instruction pamphlet included with the package. It was easy enough to put together once I received the item, but as I stated it is sometimes difficult to do certain exercises.

Long story short. I love it. Easy to put together, light weight, easy to store, easy to workout with, just a wonderful little multi workout machine. It is really genius! I am 64 years, female, and I purchased the headrest and leg workout extension and I can take this with me when I take off in my little travel trailer and store it under the bed. TA DA!

I love the versatility this machine offers. My whole family loves using this machine. The quality is outstanding, the resistance bands have definitely exceeded my expectations and my husband's. He swears that he gets a better workout with this machine than using free weights, and he was very skeptical at first. I bought the leg workout attachments and my oldest son who plays football is impressed with the workout he gets using this machine. Honestly I feel that it's definitely worth every penny I spent. Being able to get a good full workout in the comfort of my own home and not have to pay for a gym membership is awesome.
