Need Customer Service please?

I would like to buy a Total Flex L. I have just read the first 19 pages of reviews dating back to 6-9-2023. I am VERY impressed at all the WONDERFUL comments about the Total Flex L. But have one big concern. There doesn't seem to be any customer service? It sounds like in order to watch all the workout videos, a smart TV is needed, but I don't have one. I tried to contact ANYONE to find out what my options would be other than a cell phone, but I couldn't contact anyone either. Can someone help me? Is there a customer service # I can call? Thank you!
